erm, today morning..2.4km screening test. i was like damn 'lucky' man....when its my turn to run..it rains. at 1st, i was so happy, tinking that no runnin!fat hope~tts juz my wishing thinking man. i still have to run..ahh..nth gd will comes to me anyway. tts my life. runnin in the rain seems so romantic arh?running ard the track, overtaking the gers. well, not exactly overtaking...some only nia lar..like ailing?haha..she passed ok!*hai bu shi becoz of my teasing when i overlap her..lol~=p!*the feelin of runnin in e rain definitely doesnt feel gd. rain water keep splashin onto ur face...seems like washin ur face like tat...free facial treatment rite..ahh..still slow..my timing still slow..11:34.but well...nvm...i'll train to 10 mins plus if possible..lol.. *dream on man!after running...ohh...my left calf hurts again.......shitter leg/curf/wadever

gp lesson. haha..today's gp lesson still alright ba.as in we discuss abt the tsunami thingy. n the side track of it is...does god exist?well..in my own opinion, i tink that human is quite weak mentally or rather got limited ability, thus when things get out of control, ppl will tend to depend on god which is another kind of strength to pull them thru the time..ahh...something like tis lar..
tis may sound offensive to some ppl, but den tts wad i feel lar. shi zai ren wei wad..haha..ren ding sheng tian!bleah...but sometimes..i do believe in fate/destiny...haha..wad a weirdo here..

b4 training.slack my time away by chattin with my OG members..yah..paiseh arh...i really see words den tired liao..tried to read...but den...haix...u'all knw lar..lol..trainin..today training super slack. im juz playing a fool thruout the trainin..almost lost to joanne man....heng i wake myself up or else lose to her...i'll really go n die man...haha..well...tts it...n in summary, there's some conflicts with the year 1s.nvm...3 more mths b4 i step down..
