ok. Results of election

Boys cap => Jun Bin
V.cap => Mervyn

Girls cap => Kiyoko
V.cap=> Yu zhi

ok. the other posts i wun say abt it. its not they are nt impt. coz im too tired to type them all out. lol. ok. boys part went quite smoothly. but gers. both got the strong will to be captain la. seriously. i personally prefer kiyoko la. its becoz as a leader, u muz knw how to bond e team, motivate, and instill discipline. ok. for me. i had only done 1/3 of it. which is bonding. lol. n from wad i see for Yu zhi is tat she's v hardworking. she had done damn lot 4 the team. but in terms of communication skills and motivation, she's really lagging behind. tts the main reason y i chose kiyoko as ger's captain. i feel tat any leader shld have the least ability of speaking out well. well. i knw i dun have. i have neither hardwork nor toking skill. tts y im always damned as a failure captain. n i dun wan the same thing to happen in my next batch. the feeling of being damned as a failure captain seriously doesnt feel gd. "wa lao, u din do anything n u get 6 pts!" tat kind of thing.

i wan a real person who can really lead the team. perhaps yu zhi can lead. but i believe she cant do as well as kiyoko. i knw. i knw yu zhi has the strong urge to be captain. "if im not the captain, i have no wish to be the vice cap."i dun knw y she'll say tat. but i seriously feel tat it doesnt matter de la. y so particular abt the "vice" word. frankly speaking, if im given a choice, i will rather be v cap. but nw for me. my post is like doesnt make a difference from v cap de la. coz i do minimal stuffs. n teacher will always look for glenn to do things instead of me. even when make announcement. seriously tat time i was pissed off. but tink back. wad's the reason of y teacher din ask me to do?till nw i still dun have a certain ans. but it certainly got some relation to my laziness. ok. back to yu zhi. i admit tat its a bit unfair to u to be a vice cap juz becoz u are not as gd as kiyoko in terms of communication skills n motivational lvl. for Effort part kiyoko confirm lose to u. but den for other aspects. both of u are on par. regardless of the will of leading the team or the care for the team. both of u got the same lvl of strength.kiyoko care the team by showing unhappiness with the way tat coach work(there's still a period of time she's so agitated that she nearly quit TT) and even willing to bring in another coach to teach the gers.u show ur care by getting things done. but overall, i still tink kiyoko can do a better job of being a cap. not even me. for most of the year 2s, new elected boy caps and mr.leong. all of us have the same tots. tts y we put u as v.cap.

i knw. u are damn unhappy with it. even idiots can tell. but i tell u frankly(in my pt of view), those ppl who are success are the ones who can lead and communicate well. not someone who knws how to put in all the efforts.since when u see a successful ppl who tok with lots of erms and eh de?no ritex? yes. i knw. efforts are inevitable. but its not enough. its not enough for u to be a gd leader. tts wad i realise for myself. i wasnt a gd leader all along. perhaps i can bond team, but i lack of effort part. Yu Zhi, i really hope tat u can kan kai. afterall, everyone of u are working as a team. Cap will do the job of bonding everyone(including bring the moral up and leading dem) n u will be the one putting in efforts to get some of the adminstrative work done. isnt it better?getting tired. i have no wish to type more even though there are still many tots rushing thru my mind. but i really hope tat u'll be fine after a period of time. perhaps u need some time to cool down n tink it thru.
