I used to grumble abt JC life. Nw I grumble abt NS life. haha. Whatever. Let me grumble 1st =P

Luckily this week is a freaking short week. I nearly couldnt stand the endurance training. Maybe Im weak, but see the list 1st..

1) 100 counts of 4 jumping jacks(sp?lol)
2)20 push ups
3)Whatever stretches
4) 20 Crutches

Okay, this is for WARM UP ONLY

after which, 3km run with singing song. Sing song while u run?haha. Try it

5) 20 normal push ups, 20 diamond push ups, 20 wide push ups & 50 sit ups without ppl sitting on ur feet.
6) for each style of push ups, its accompanied by butterfly stretch & dun knw what stretch which i dun tink most of u knw.

For 5 & 6, its consider as ONE SET only.

For next week, we're going to have TWO sets of it. Thanks God. -_-

The most crazy thing is, we actually have 2 consecutive endurance trainings for tues & wed!wtf rite. Haven really recover den endurance training again. Its really training our endurance. For the 2nd day endurance training, when i run till half way, I had chest pain. I dun knw why also, but well, I nearly fall out which I din. Thank goodness. haha. & mind u, Im Armour Engineer!not Armour Infantry lei~PT so xiong for what!Plus we receive less $50 than Infantry guys can. argh~~

I can imagine my life in dere is going to be so so TOUGH! T-O-U-G-H, TOUGH!*hai

Anyway, I qie pull up with my PC. haha. I did 21 while he did 22. wtf. If not of the oily bar, i tink i shld have done more. but well, he used tat bar too. & he said whoever can do 25 pull ups, den can dun need to do pull up everytime b4 meal liao!lol..im so gonna chiong for 25 though I only did it once b4 during my JC times when I lost my beloved hp. BUT, im going to achieve tat without anything lost in camp k!haha..

During Live Range, there's an interesting conversation between a smoker and a sgt which i overheard accidentally.haha..

Sgt: 爽对吗，要book out liao, 可以抽到你爽了。一次抽十只烟都可以。
Smoker: Wa lao!现在每天只能两只烟，每天就是盼望那smoking break. 到外面还不抽多一点会变成死人的lei.
Sgt: 好啊!我也没看过死人。你做我的第一个?

LOL. Something like this la huh. lol..

Next week will be damn sian. Sunday RANGE again!with a different weapon. Freak. Which means my weekend is going to be burnt off. = (

wtf. time really flies when u're at home. Tml gonna bk in already~~~~~ Really hope time flies in camp as well....ASK ME OUT TML!!lol..
